Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation in 24 hours after booking. This is not valid for last minute bookings 24 hours before departure. After 24 hours of booking there are no refunds due to cancellation or non-show by customer(s). Refund only taxes. The booking is valid only for the days that have been made by the customer(s) and are not changed or transferred to other dates.

Confirmation will be received at time of booking Passengers should send by email to operator 24 hours before departure copy of their passports or id. Operator is not responsible for any delay of departure schedule time if born in case not received all the necessary documents in due time. Children must be accompanied by an adult Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival to cruise boat. Arrival time at the boat must be at least 1 hour before the schedule departure time. Grocery list can be order latest 24 hours before departure and payable upon embarkation. There is surcharge 15% for this service. Fresh products (meat and fish) are not on the list.
